The Villa
How many guests can the villa accommodate?
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms in a spacious two-storey layout (200 m²).
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
There are 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed, and one with two twin beds), a full bathroom on the first floor, and a separate WC on the ground floor.
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Yes — children of all ages are welcome. The villa has a garden, spacious living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that cribs and extra beds are not available.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes, the villa has both air conditioning and heating.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Does the villa have a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine and iron are available for guest use.
What entertainment and extras are available?
The villa features a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, electric kettle, and a complimentary minibar stocked with local spirits and wines.

The villa is in Vathi, the capital of Ithaka, perched on the hillside with panoramic sea views.
How do I get to Ithaka?
Ithaka is accessible by ferry from Kefalonia, Lefkada, and Patra (mainland). The nearest airport is Kefalonia (EFL).
Is parking available?
Yes — free private parking is available at the villa.
How far is the villa from the town centre?
The villa is just above Vathi, within easy reach of the harbour, shops, and restaurants.
Are there beaches nearby?
Yes — Dexa and Filiatro beaches are nearby, offering crystal-clear swimming.

How do I book the villa?

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 13 days before arrival. Cancellations within 13 days of arrival are charged the full reservation amount.
Is smoking allowed?
No — the villa is strictly non-smoking. Parties and events are also not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the property.
