1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Panoramic View Villa website and any booking inquiries or reservations made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking Inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email, including agreed dates, rates, and payment instructions.

3. Rates & Payment

• All rates are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
• Rates may vary by season and are subject to availability
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before arrival
• Payment methods and terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in: full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in: 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in: deposit is non-refundable
• No-shows: no refund

We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability

6. Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, you agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy (5 guests)
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Respect neighbours and maintain reasonable noise levels
• Not use the property for events or parties without prior written approval
• Follow all house rules provided upon arrival

7. Liability

Panoramic View Villa is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their party, including children.

8. Website Content

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content. Photos are representative of the property but may not reflect minor seasonal or furnishing changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Panoramic View Villa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kefalonia, Greece.
